Helgert, Michal ; Štípek, Jiří (advisor) ; Leipert, Jiří (referee)
The bachelor thesis focuses on the creation of a software application targeting content for grades 1-3 of primary schools, used for practicing mathematics and sharing math exercises. Initially, the focus is on identifying the state of the mathematics curriculum for this age group, delineating differences in the curriculum between grades, and comparing the curricula of selected elementary schools. Next, the paper discusses gamification, its principles and its use in real school classrooms through educational software. It describes the software already available in Czech, also practicing mathematics, covering the same age. A key part is the actual mapping of the process of creating a software application, describing the technologies used, the structure of the databases and how they work. Selected parts of the mathematics curriculum in the worksheets
GUBÁNI, Barbora
The thesis deals with the issues that are tied with reading and mathematical literacy. The literacy is being considered by solved exrcises at the second grade of elementary school. The purpose of this work is to bring nearer the connectedness between reading literacy and other subjects - in this case mainly math. The work is divided into two parts. The first part deals with the theory, in which there is outline of the description of reading and mathematical literacy, verbal exercises and what is the function of working sheets. The second part is practical. There are put created working sheets with chosen topics from math, which were given to the pupils at the elementary school. The cooperation with pupils wihtin filling the working sheets can be also found in this thesis. The analysis of this literacy and processes of solving are attached in the end.
Dynamic geometry software on touch devices in the teaching of mathematics
KOŠINOVÁ, Marie
The thesis is focused on the Sketchometry program and its meaningful usage. It is aimed at the program being joined within math lectures and there are two points of view - the teacher's one and the pupil's one. The thesis deals with the important aspects that influence the efficiency of the utilization of modern technologies in the schools. The results of the implemented projects in practice are contained in this work. The authentic photographs are added to make a better imagination of the workshops. Analysis of physical stress of teacher and the factors influencing it in teaching mathematics at primary school
KUČEROVÁ, Lucie
The diploma thesis is a pilot study focused on the analysis of teacher activities, physical load and factors that influence it in teaching mathematics at primary school in mathematics teaching, in the context of activities and methods of work that the teacher puts in the context of curriculum in this educational area. In the introductory part there are necessary theoretical bases for the work and fulfillment of the set goal. Pedagogical research is realized on two probands - teachers of 1 st. Elementary School. The basic method is to analyze the teaching activities of both teachers in 4 classes. The collection of necessary data is obtained by the method of observation, where the evaluation is based on multimedia records of 7 mathematics lessons from a two-month period. At the same time, using the heart rate sensing method in both probands, we recorded average heart rate and local heart rate extremes. In the results section, the results of observations and recordings from sport-tester with graphs are interpreted, where each unit is supplemented by a discussion. The final part summarizes the results and recommendations into practice.
